v4 out now - RTP independent

Hi!

So, I've been told that v3 didn't work if you didn't already have the VX Ace RTP, and I apologise for that!

I thought there wouldn't be a problem since all the assets and sound effects and stuff were original, but turns out I forgot 'shadow.png' in the system graphics.  The error never came up before since my beta tester had the RTP installed already. My bad!

I also had to tweak a line in 'game.ini', and include the default font which is why the file's larger by a few megabytes.

Hopefully it works now!

Thank you to everyone who's played it already (or tried to) and I apologise again for my continued blunders!!

(v3 will still be available to download if you want but if you don't have the RTP, definitely download v4 instead.)
